Meet Tracy

With over 25 years in healthcare administration, I’m the friendly face (and voice) helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. I’m a Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA), and Six Sigma Green Belt, and I take pride in ensuring billing is accurate and stress-free for our clients. I truly enjoy helping people and do my best to provide a welcoming, supportive experience from the very first interaction.

Outside the office, I’ve been married for 32 years and am a proud mom of three and “YaYa” to three sweet girls who keep life fun and full. When I’m not working, you’ll often find me at the pottery studio—creating, unwinding, and connecting with others. Pottery has become my favorite way to recharge, and I love encouraging others to find hobbies that bring them peace and joy.
