Paige is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 12 years of experience in the mental health field. Paige believes that relationships have the power to heal and transform, and this guides her approach as a therapist. She creates a safe and non-judgmental space for her clients as they work towards more self-awareness, increasing self-love and self-worth and learning skills to support them in their healing. Paige will walk alongside you with empathy, patience and compassion while encouraging you to make the necessary changes in your life for continued health and success. Paige primarily works with adults and adolescents through individual therapy. She specializes in helping those with depression, stress and anxiety, low self-esteem and self-worth, life transitions and relational issues. Paige believes in helping people find balance and meaning in their lives. She takes a strength-based approach when it comes to healing and incorporates therapeutic techniques and skills from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help change undesired behaviors and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help shift to a more positive and growth mindset. Paige believes in working collaboratively in determining what will be the best course of action for your success.

Paige is originally from Miami, Florida and through the years has lived in Texas, Arizona and California before landing in Alabama. When Paige is not working, she enjoys spending time with her labradoodle Merlin, her friends and family, exercising, journaling, traveling, and music. Paige also enjoys attending sporting events and spending time on the water either relaxing or fishing.
