Insurance and payment questions? Type of insurance?

We offer a private pay option of $200 per session. We also offer a sliding scale that ranges anywhere from $100-$175 per session based on household income and family size.
We keep a credit/debit card on file and we take your payment.

Therapist questions?

Sessions are 60 minutes and you meet with your therapist weekly.
We book recurring appointments at the same time on the same day weekly. We never double-book, we reserve that spot for you.
Dr. Paulk says if you are in a situation where you feel the need to call out and see a Therapist, you need to see them weekly for at least 4 weeks. This will allow you to establish a relationship, build trust in one another and together decide on your therapy goals.

General questions?

Please let your therapist know 48 hours before your appointment. You can also contact the front desk at 205.807.5372.
We ask that you let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Any non-emergency cancellations that are less than 48 hours in advance will be charged a late cancellation fee of $100.
Your therapist will send you a link via email and you just have to click it. Sometimes the link will come right at the time of your appointment, so if you don’t see the link by the time of your session, check your spam. If it isn’t in your spam, please call your therapist, or the front desk at 205.807.5372.
You will be sent a link to your email after booking. This link will lead to your patient portal which will have your paperwork attached. You can fill the paperwork out online, or we can have the physical copy of the paperwork available at the front desk. If you choose to fill out the physical copy, please come at least 15 minutes before your appointment.
