Our therapist LaQuanda Wiggins is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with over 5 years’ experience. She has a strong desire to provide support and guidance to those in need. LaQuanda provides therapy to help with various concerns from episodes of depression, anxiety, domestic violence, chronic illness, and self-esteem; just to highlight a few. She believes in providing a safe environment for each individual to feel comfortable expressing themselves while discovering themselves as well. She uses a variety of therapeutic approaches including reality-based therapy, cognitive-behavior therapy, and solution-focused therapy. LaQuanda believes that healing begins with change, understanding, and acceptance of ones self. She works with adolescents, adults, couples, parents, and families. In Her Personal Life

In her spare time, LaQuanda loves spending time with her son and extended family. She likes to travel any time she can, read, watch movies, loves to cook, and is always looking to learn new things. This beautiful mixture of hobbies allows her to diversify herself on so many levels. She also regularly volunteers with the Alabama National Kidney Foundation.
