Not sure where to start?

This is all so confusing! Where do I begin?

The easiest way to begin is to find your health insurance card with your plan number and give us a call. Our Solutions Advocates will walk you through your insurance company’s process step-by-step…This isn’t their first rodeo!

What if I have a conflict and can't show up for a session?

We never purposely double-book our therapy schedules. Instead, we reserve a specific time for you to receive services. Because this time has been reserved specifically for you (and to avoid a no-show fee), just provide us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule the session.

How do I pay my part of the cost?

Copayment, Coinsurance, Deductible, and Self-Pay Patient Fees can be paid by cash, check, or credit card. If paying by cash or check (made to “BATT”), please give that to your therapist at the beginning of each session. If paying by credit card, your fee will be processed to your card at the end of your session. And you can always go into your confidential patient portal to pay any outstanding fees.

What if I don't have any insurance?

Whether you have insurance or not, you are always welcome to pay for services yourself. If the cost of private pay is overwhelming to you, we have a sliding scale based on family size and income. Feel free to discuss this with our Solutions Advocates.
