Breaking the Stigma

At Birmingham Anxiety & Trauma Therapy, our mission is to help people understand that there is nothing wrong with going to therapy!

Many people have found that going to therapy can be quite helpful. We want to show our appreciation to people who are local, state, national, and global for speaking up about their own positive experiences with therapy. If you know of someone in our local area who has been vocal about the positive aspects of going to therapy, please reach out to us and let us know. Check out our social media changes for more individuals who have received a Breaking the Stigma Award from BATT.
