Our therapist Jacquelyn Britt is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over seven years of experience in various therapeutic settings. She works with individuals, families, multigenerational families, and groups. She specializes in trauma related disorders, anxiety disorders, and mood disorders. She also has experience working with oncology patients, end-of-life discussions, and bereavement/ grief. Her theoretical orientation is integrative, utilizing techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, Gestalt therapy, and Dialectical behavior therapy. She enjoys collaborating with clients in order to foster physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Jacquelyn hopes to empower her clients by providing a safe space to address life’s challenges and provide insight into behaviors that may be hindering growth. Jacquelyn’s approach to great therapy is deeply rooted in creating an individualized plan for each person based on their wants and needs.
