Now Offering Teletherapy and In Person Sessions
Our therapist Angelica Bellman has spent the last nine years working with children and adolescents that have experienced trauma and anxiety. She believes that the client is able to make progress with the right amount of support, guidance and encouragement. Angelica is eager to assist you and your family in recognizing negative patterns of behavior, and replacing them with positive interactions. She has experience ranging from in-home therapy for children/families to inpatient adolescent residential treatment facilities. Angelica works best with children and adolescents to help them recognize their strengths, make better decisions and develop healthy relationships with others. In Her Personal Life
Angelica enjoys spending time with her family, friends and singing karaoke. One of her favorite things to do is taking road trips with her friends out of town. Angelica understands that the key to life is balance and making sure that she schedules
time to see her friends and family while maintaining a career. Angelica also understands the importance of taking personal quality time to be alone and reflecting on your own life’s direction.
“Balance is not something you find, it’s something you create.” – Jana Kingsford.
