What to Expect During Our Intake Process:
Our intake process should not be daunting. We love your questions! We are happy to answer any questions you may have by phone or by email. We also may ask you some questions to help best match you with a therapist.
Our front office will help to best match you with a therapist. If you find a therapist that you feel is the best match for you, please let us know! No one knows you better than you!
We are happy to check your insurance to see what kind of coverage you have. Some insurances take longer than others to get in touch with, but we will keep you updated along the way. Please note, the quote of benefits we give is only a quote and not a guarantee of payment by your insurance. The insurance companies, at times, get the quote on benefits wrong. This may cause you to have a balance or credit after receiving our services, but we will let you know about any discrepancies as soon as we know about them! Please have your insurance card ready when you call in so we can get those benefits too you as soon as possible!
Securing a Date and Time
When we finish up your intake, we will match you with the best date and time with your therapist. To officially reserve your spot, we require you to have a debit or credit card on file. This can be used for your payment for sessions, or it will just be on file in the case of a No-Show. Our No-Show policy is outlined here, and we would be happy to answer any questions you may have about this policy. Even if you do not have a copay, we still require the card on file to secure your time-slot.
Our office offers email, text, or phone call reminders for your appointment. The default reminders are via text message. Please let us know which would be more convenient for you!
Emailing Your Paperwork
We will ask for a valid email address to send you your New Patient Paperwork. You can also access that paperwork here. If you do not have a way to print the paperwork out, please show up 20-30 minutes early for your appointment and we will have a hard copy for you in the office. We are excited to meet you and we are grateful to be serving you!
