We Will Respond
Bri, our Psychotherapy Care Coordinator, will respond to your text, email, or call ASAP. She will find out who you would like to see or recommend a specific therapist based upon your needs. She will ask for insurance information so please have your card handy.
We Look Up Your Benefits
The cost of services depends on the type of services you receive, which of our therapists provides your services and whether you choose to use insurance. Janis will contact the insurance company on your behalf to get your benefit information.
The Right Fit
Research shows that up to 60% of the success in therapy is due to the fit between therapist and patient. It is important for us to give you the right therapist to fit your therapy needs. We will do all we can to make it as comfortable and easy as possible to engage in therapy.
The First Session
Your therapist will thoroughly review your intake form with you in order to get the most complete picture of 'what it is like to be you.' If additional info is needed, they may recommend some diagnostic testing and will be happy to arrange that for you.
We want to build a warm, trusting, and collaborative relationship with each of our patients. We appreciate and value your uniqueness, so we design a treatment plan with your stated goals in mind.
Use Your Existing Insurance
We can tell you which of our therapists are providers for your insurance. While you are ultimately responsible for the service payment, we happily submit claims on your behalf.
Many people choose to bypass the hassles of insurance and pay privately for therapy. Cash and personal checks are welcome.
