Jeanne works with individuals, adolescents, and couples. She has 19 years of experience providing psychotherapy and is a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) and private independent practitioner (PIP).
Jeanne uses an eclectic approach to therapy with concepts from a variety of treatment models including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness based therapy, psychodynamic therapy, solution focused brief therapy, imago therapy, family systems concepts, interpersonal therapy, and trauma focused therapy.
She has commonly seen clients with concerns related to anxiety disorders, trauma (including sexual trauma, domestic violence, childhood abuse), depression, bipolar disorder, attention deficit challenges, sexuality, sexual identity, relationship stress, eating disorders, employment stress, academic stress, parenting, divorce, illness, grief, spirituality, women’s issues, life transitions and addiction.
In Her Personal Life
Jeanne recently moved to Alabama in 2017 after getting tired of the long distance relationship with her only grandchild who will be three soon, and she now enjoys spending frequent time with him. She enjoys being outside whenever possible, walking, playing tennis, hiking or being near the water. Other pastimes include spending time with her husband, children and friends, live music, cooking and travel . She also enjoys learning new things and feels passionate about keeping up with the latest findings related to mental and physical health.
